Hamas Chief: Israeli Gaza Attacks A 'Holocaust'

As Israeli forces pounded dozens of targets in Gaza Saturday, a top Hamas leader lashed out against the Jewish state, saying the current conflict has killed the last chance for settlement and negotiations with Israel. Damascus-based Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal condemned Israel's attack on the Gaza Strip as a "holocaust" in a speech broadcast on Al-Jazeera.
