Tropical Storm Edouard hits Texas coast

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Edouard plowed into a wildlife refuge on the Texas coast early Tuesday, bringing driving rains and peak winds near 65 mph. The storm could cause flooding up to 5 inches in coastal regions of Louisiana and up to 10 inches in parts of southeastern Texas.
